I dont get how this place has over 4 stars. Every time i come here its so slow. Iv been waiting for 30 minutes and they have averaged 10 minutes a car. If you plan to stop here you might as well plan for a extra 45 to an hour till your back on your way.

No way it should ever take that long in the drive thru. This happens everytime we go here which thank God I live close to a better location. Was rang up for my shot of expresso but it wasn't put in the drink. When asked which on had the shot she didn't even know. This place is very unorganized and slow. To many people getting out of line and speeding off too. We won't be back!

Placed my order in the drive thru, waited 15 minutes for them to help the 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window, they told me no one put my order in & asked me what I was ordering. Terrible service & I ended up just leaving without ordering.

I LOVE BIGGBY COFFEE!! This store is HORRIBLE!!! They do not have enough staff, the ladies were running around trying their best. This store only takes coupons they give out??? I have yet to get coupons from there. I live around the corner.

You'll be in line for at least a half hour if there are more than three cars in the drive thru. Or you'll show up at 9:15am on a Sunday morning and just nobody is there. I've had instances where there are only two cars in front of me but still end up waiting twenty minutes.
