Biggby Coffee is known for its delicious coffee, praised by many customers. The staff are often described as friendly, helpful, and efficient, though some have noted a need for retraining. While the coffee is excellent, the service can be slow at times. The employees are always on top of everything, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. The manager, Shannon, is remarkable, knowing customers' names and orders. The service is the top reason to visit, with a focus on making the drinks look better than the pictures. Despite minor issues with cleanliness and pressure to tip at the drive-thru, Biggby Coffee has earned its reputation as a top-notch coffee shop, with many customers praising it as their new favorite above other popular chains.
