Really bummed out when we got our order today. It was just absolutely terrible. The meat burnt, the buns were rock hard, and the fries were barely even cooked. Usually, Culver’s is a great and fast option but not here.

It's Culver's, I've had hit and miss experience at this particular location, however this last time was great! Staff were seemingly happy to be there and didn't have any issues with family order which tends to be 4 meals with a bit of variation. They also served everything quickly, completely accurate to my order, with a smile, and to a high quality. Great experience this time! Hope it continues, I'll be back!

Much of our order had missing parts. Fries were missing toppings onHamburger missing. Ordered a 2 school hot fudge su dae got 2 bowls of vanilla frozen custard. This took 3 different times we needed to ask for help.
