It was my first time eating here and was blown away with how good everything was. I got half mango habanero/garlic parm boneless wings with truffle fries and it was amazing!! I will definitely comeback when I’m in town❤️

I had to come leave a review because this experience honestly made my day. As soon as I walked in, the staff was super welcoming and genuinely kind — you don’t get that everywhere anymore.
I mentioned that I used to work at another location and was a die-hard “DWC Fry” fan back in the day. Even though it’s not on the menu anymore, they went out of their way to surprise me with a FREE large DWC Fry, made “Avery’s Way” just like the old days 😂🔥 That alone was above and beyond.
On top of that, they showed a lot of love to my great grandma and gave her a great deal too, which meant a lot. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed.
The food? Just as good as I remember — maybe even better. And that new Lemon Pepper Ranch is straight FIRE.
I’ll definitely be coming back, no question. Honestly, skip the Wingstop down the road and come here instead… you’re gonna fall in love with this place.

Not impressed at all. We ordered 50 wings and part of our order was not included. Of course didn't find out until we got home and to make it even worse... It was our kids portion of the meal so I had a super hangry 4 and 9 year old while I was trying to scramble and find a substitute option for their dinner. Spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for the manager to get on the phone to determine how they were going to rectify the situation and they told me the GM would reach out the next day to help resolve everything. I waited for a phone call ALL DAY only to find out they just put a credit back to our account for the portion of the meal that was missed. I would've really appreciated a phone call like I was promised to discuss the situation and had the opportunity to explain how my first and LAST experience was. Poor customer service on the GM part. Absolutely not how I would like to have a company represented. The manager at the store was cordial, but did not sound professional at all. He made it seem like the situation was no big deal and was almost laughing the situation off like it's common. All I could think when speaking with him on the phone was that he was a teenager who was struggling with proper phone etiquette. He also proceeded to explain his personal issues within the company and swear into the conversation like it was a casual chat. Not at all professional in my opinion. Not only did we have the issue of the missing part of our order, but the food was not satisfactory at all. Horrible after taste on the wings. SO much breading and the wings were very chewy and tasted like rubber. I would not recommend and will not be coming back.

Chicken wing sauce tasted OK, One of my chicken wings was nothing but gristle Had to spit it out, The other issue was that when I was served my food it was on a completely disgusting dirty tray that had dried crusty wings sauce on it. Not even just a little bit, the whole tray was disgusting. When I approached the worker about it, she said that they wash them when they’re all done for the day. Excuse me? 🤮 The tables, a whole two of them were both dirty. I actually used my hand sanitizer to clean off the one table we sat at I will never stop at this location and most likely not Detroit wing Company ever again how disgusting!
