I was there during the lunch rush.The line was a bit long. I had a question before ordering and one of the employees, I think her name was Charlee, was so helpful. She answered my question and offered to assist me in my drink choice. So kind and polite. Thank You Charlee!

This location really needs some help. Each time I've ordered, they've messed up the order. Today, half the sandwich ingredients were missing. So we paid $13 per sandwich that had only meat and cheese.
Why do you ask? The employee said I forgot and I told her as soon as I entered our order on the Kiosk.
Very disappointed. Oh and no apology. Or told us is was replaced. This panera is by far the worst one behind Buffalo.
