When I opened my sandwich and saw brown colored lettuce I was turned off completely, my husband also ordered a chicken club and they put bacon on his sandwich when he asked for the club without bacon.

Ordered ahead as usual. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes because no one acknowledged me at the counter. The old lady at the counter completely ignored me. Now my food is cold and soggy and will go in the trash. Whats the point of online orders if you're gonna make people wait in line. Will never go to this location again.

I was in the drive thru and a young lady with a low bun was making my food. All of a sudden a the tall light skinned male manager began yelling and waving his hand around towards the young lady, in an angry manner. I heard him telling her to get out and he was in her face saying that he will call police if she refuses to leave! From the outside, the young lady looked as if she was doing her job nothing seemed out of the ordinary. She looked very frustrated and rightfully so! If I was being fired for a smirk or a laugh I would be furious! Needs to definitely do better and take a better look at management.

I placed an order using Uber Eats, and my driver made a mistake, so he went up there to fix it, and I noticed that potbelly gave me that same sandwich I never ordered. So I called them and they put me on hold. It was 5 minutes later before I hung up. Learn to slow down. I can't eat white bread, and I don't have free time to make a phone call.

If I could negatively rate this establishment, I would. My wife was trying to duplicate the sandwich I got her from a WAY BETTER LOCATION IN DEARBORN. She was excited to see another Potbelly that was in the same vicinity as she was. Terrible mistake. She went drive-thru. The gentleman told her she had to order off of the app. Ok. She gets out of the drive-thru line to order her sandwich. Gets BACK in the drive-thru line. The man then asks, "May I take your order?" CONFUSED? Yeah! She was too! Why did she have to order online if they are taking orders at the speaker??! There were no veggie or dressing options available on the app, so when my wife got her sandwich, it was dry and tasteless. She called to ask to speak to the manager about how she was treated and the same person that serviced her at the drive-thru window answered the phone and responded, "Since you must know, we're under staffed and that's why I told you to use the app. Do you need a job?! Better yet, YOU CAN COME BACK AND MAKE YOUR OWN SANDWICH!," and slammed the phone in her face! I am telling EVERYONE I KNOW about this! And I'm contacting the GENERAL, REGIONAL, & DISTRICT MANAGERS. I will email, call, report, complain, and BAD REVIEW THIS LOCATION until I get a response.

Glad they have a drive thru. LOVED the ring of fire sun while they had bit but already off the menu it was very spicy lot of flavor and nothing like it anywhere else. Also their powerhouse salad is great also a bit spicy. They have great vinaigrette and different flavors of chips. all pretty good

So I came to this location for the first time ever a few weeks back because I've been wanting soup and I enjoy going to Panera bread but I want to try something different and I know this place has pretty decent soup. So I ordered a sandwich and soup ahead on the app so when I showed up it would be ready since I was on a time crunch before work. so when I got there I walked up and the person asked me if I had an online order and I told them yes so they grabbed it for me and I went to the table to eat it. The soup was very delicious and definitely hit the spot. The sandwich was OK, nothing for me to cry out that I have to rush back here to grab again. While I was eating, I ordered a second sandwich since I had a deal on the app where I got one free. So I thought would be a good thing to grab for lunch and they weren't so busy so I figured I would be in and out without a problem. That definitely wasn't the case because after I ate, I sat there for about five minutes thinking they would put it on the shelf and nothing was put on the shelf so I got up and waited by the counter and not once in the 15 minutes I was waiting that someone asked me if I needed something, or to let me know that my second online order was done. It sat there for those 15 minutes without them saying a word to me. Unfortunately I don't think I'll come back because they do not pay attention to their guest in their own lobby. I would enjoy coming back for the soup, but I think I'll just find another location that is close by to order from.

these are the same people who fight for 20$ an hour but don’t actually care about there job at all was in line to get a sub and never got it they didn’t even make the mf some lady and her kid came in after and had there food up in 5 min while i was already sitting there waiting for 15-20 moments like this make me wanna freak out in public cause it’s disrespectful definitely won’t be goin back ever again.
