I had the chicken salad sandwich. And it actually tasted like what I think chicken salad should taste like. Workers were friendly, fast and accurate. I will be back.
This is the first time I have ever gone to one of these restaurants, and I must say, I was pretty impressed.
Workers were helpful and friendly, very clean, even the restrooms were clean.

I forgot to pick up my daughter a lunch for her school trip and got to Potbelly 5 mins before closing time. They still took my order and were kind even though I’m sure they were ready to go! Thank you, Asia!
