I had a taste for barbecue, went to Ken on Gratiot and they were closed, so I Google barbecue near me and Stonewood Smokehouse came up on Utica and Gratiot. I thought I walked into the Twilight zone the place was a bar I was looking for a restaurant. But the owner Gary saw the look on my face I was ready to turn around. I have been going to this bar for years! I finally ordered the
Ribs and chicken entree with 2 sides. The ribs were by far the best I have had in a very long time. The food is always delicious no matter what I order. The service is always great. The staff has become family to me…… Ryan, Amy, Jess, Maria and Maddy are all wonderful….. keep up the great work guys!!!!

Our office party was catered by Stonewood & everything was amazing so had to go there myself to pick up a brisket sandwich & chili to see if they were just as good on a daily basis. To my pleasant surprise, they were since it is close by my work, I will DEF be going there on a regular basis!
