So slow that three cars pulled out of the line at the drive thru and went somewhere else. In addition, orders appear to be taken by an automated robot, and it frequently screws them up.

Parking: Careful not to get blocked in by drive thru traffic if you park by the main entrance

$3.99 Chili Cheese Burritos that are the size of a soft taco. Drive thru attendant told me the Baja Blast Zero was watery *after*she ran my card. Didn't offer to change the syrup, instead made me get nasty Diet Pepsi.

This place is horrible, any of the surrounding fast food places are a better option. One time I even seen one of the managers pull up their pants with their meat covered gloves and continue working on someone's order. Touching the customers taco shell with their nasty, meat covered, gloves after pulling up their pants. No attempt to change their gloves was made. Disgusting. The people here are also slow and rude any time I've come here. Don't waste the money or gas coming to this place.

The quality of the food was great, although it was sad that I didn’t receive any napkins. they did give me a free taco coupon for the 30 minute wait though. But the atmosphere and customer service at the window was terrible. White big lady with big lashes stared me down aggressively, when i politely asked if they could charge me for a cheese cup she rudely asked me to repeat myself, so i did. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, and told the worker next to her they don’t take orders at the window. Then yelled at the back of the house for a cheese cup. Thankfully the other worker was very polite she seemed new and told me to have a good day. I’ve worked in fast food for many years and to have bad customer service isn’t good for the company. Many people like myself would choose to not come again and therefore lose business. But overall I’d give this a 1 star rating for the food quality.

Waited 20 minutes in a line, and that wasn't too bad. I still wasted half my lunch break.
Either way, I wanted a god damn grilled burrito, and I get this soft mush. Had too much rice and ruined the last 10 minutes of my lunch break. Damn you taco bell. Damn you all.
