The app would not apply my discount and give my Free French Vanilla as advertised (bogo). When I got there to pickup I explained the situation to the order-taker. They were very rude and condescending and said they could not do anything because the app is separate from the store and they are not affiliated (lmao). This store is a joke. It’s always been a joke. I was really excited when I saw it was under new management but it actually somehow got worse! My small order of a large coffee and a double toasted bagel has literally been made correctly maybe twice. Even today, at the drive thru window, I could literally hear the lady saying “I’m waiting on a double toast with cream cheese. No, double toast! I got this garbage.. you don’t put a bagel on top of a donut. I used to be a supervisor at a Tim Hortons, if you don’t want to do your job don’t show up.
