Tim Hortons is a great location with a friendly and apologetic staff. The manager does an excellent job of keeping the line moving and ensuring customers are satisfied. The service is quick and precise, although sometimes mistakes can occur. The atmosphere can be lively, with customers even breaking into song on occasion. However, some customers have experienced issues with cold food and poor service, including having to ask for napkins every time. Despite this, the staff is generally friendly and tries to do their best.
