I had the pleasure of being waited on by thomas. I'm a type 1 Diabetic and had questions about the new matcha latte. He was very helpful in describing its contents, and when I ordered an iced capp for my niece he made sure I knew that it was also not diabetic friendly. Excellent customer service

ℹ absolutely love this Location, through the drive thru, or even sitting inside the staff is very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I have been coming here for at least 3 years and have never had any issues that they weren’t able to fix, or make right.

if i could include pictures i would. i had about a half inch of clear liquid at the bottom of my ice coffee(liquid, not un-dissolved sugar), and my breakfast wrap was crunchy like sand. my boyfriends coffee had stains all over the lid of his before he could even open it and the order was missing an item as well. when i called the store asking for my refund to be confirmed, the man who answered the phone refused to service me because i went off on another worker earlier(i was told the store wasn’t busy at all so i was dumbfounded that our order was this messed up). the owner himself was very kind and respectful, but the most immature staff imaginable. you’re better off going to the Gratiot location.

The red/purple hair girl was extremely rude to us as we were ordering, given i did have a slightly larger order. She was very snappy, kept throwing my card at the reader and slamming the window closed and just made it very unpleasant overall.

I order a coffer and glazed 🍩 after I paid was given a old fashioned donut I told the cashier that is not what I order and she told me it was .I will not go back anymore im done paying for food and getting what they chose to give me

The last 2 times that I've visited this location, my order was incorrect. The first time, I was given the wrong donuts. The most recent visit (12/4/24 @ 6:20 AM), the person taking the order couldn't hear well enough to accurately take my order. I ordered 2 Boston donuts and a large Diet Coke. I was given a Large coffee and the 2 correct donuts. I told the cashier that I ordered a Large Diet Coke and then was handed what I thought was a Diet Coke, only to realize that when I got to work and gave the supposed Diet Coke to my diabetic co-worker that it was in fact a regular Coke, and my co-worker had to go without. Perhaps instead of cranking the music in the morning, your crew should focus on accuracy and customer service. I'm going to start going to the other Tim Horton's along my route

I come to this location almost everyday for my wife's pre work coffee (extra large triple triple hot coffee) Around 1-3 p.m. This crew is fantastic. I hope the owner knows they are great, and deserve great pay for their work. Thanks crew. See you guys tomorrow.

The absolute rudest guy I've ever met. I placed an order through the app and he told me i was at the wrong store. I was at the right store. The address is on the front of the building and I was at the right place. I don't even know if I trust they made my order correct since I was such an inconvenience to them. Good thing I got my money back on the app.

I’m leaving three stars because I don’t know what happened. It seems like they just can’t get good leadership at times. They have really good workers. These two young men were working there and they strived to really deliver. Good customer service and they were probably the only reason I went there and ever since they left, the customer service has been terrible .15 minutes I waited for a bagel. Nobody was there before me all of a sudden people just keep getting food ahead of me as I wait as told, and everybody else get something before me . come on man ! when did cooking food get so hard ?? humanity is on a downfall we . can’t even put food out of window into somebody’s hand consistently. it’s a sad thing to see the grade of humanity that I have to get of Google leave a review of how bad the service was because peoples work ethic sucks I blame technology making people lazy. Capitalism is great but people just don’t know what hard work is anymore. This generation has a rude awakening ahead of it need to wake up acting like a hard work and when we ask, where is that you want to get mad?shooot lol
