Many of the staff basically throw your food at you with no greeting or anything through the drive thru - no eye contact nothing. I know its white castle, but at least act like you see your customers. At least the food is good.

Ordered a box that was on special and charged full price. Drive through attendant wasn't clear, had to repeat what she was saying 3x. Girl at pick up window was picking her nails with a scowl on her face and said nothing upon handing food over. The Food was good , but the service definitely needed some improvement.

Valentine's Day dinner at White Castle is always a treat. Kim has the Castle decorated festively for Valentine's Day. Table clothes, candles, candy treats. goody bags, and even a photo booth set up. Severs take our orders and the food arrives hot and delicious. Plus there's dessert! My wife and I have been celebrating V Day at White Castle with friends for over 15 years. All because Kim does such a wonderful job in making Valentine's Day dinner such a wonderful...
