Friends and I tried Bar Louie for restaurant week and were pleasantly surprised. I had the Monterey chicken with roasted seasonal veggies and potatoes. Very flavorful and everything was cooked/roasted just right. My friend had the Cajun shrimp and salmon and said he would order it again. Great portion sizes as well. Also came with a dessert option: had the cinnamon dusted donuts with chocolate sauces...yum! My friends had the triple chocolate cake, presented like a parfait and...

Them chicken nachos were so good! I was there during the Woodward Dream Cruise with a friend. I had just got off a 16 hr shift at the group home and still had to create content. The bartender whipped me up an Espresso Martini and I was off and running. 🏃 💃💃 the atmosphere was comfortable yet classy. And the people were really nice.

The food was delicious...and it was served quickly. But more than that, we had a very friendly and engaging server named Jason. He answered questions and gave great suggestions. If ever you grab a bite at this location, make sure to sit in Jason's section. He'll take great care of you.
