Grew up around the 847, been to several of the franchises out of the Rockford area. This one is always clean the customer service is excellent and the food tastes like it’s supposed to.

Please for goodness sake hire better staff. I liked this place upon first try but I’ve been back 3 more different times and my orders were wrong. And some of the kitchen staff are kind of aggressive. I want to love this place a lot. I’ll give another try in the future.

Worth the wait! It’s definitely not fast food, because they make everything fresh to order, but once I got my meal, I was incredibly satisfied. I love the fact they offer gluten-free options and veggie options. They are also reasonably priced!
