“Came here with a group of friends on trivia night. Easy to use self-serve tap system, the wrist bands blue toothed great. The restaurant is pretty small with mainly community style seating. I would say it’s a good place to come and hangout especially on an event night.“
“I enjoyed my evening at Hopcat Royal Oak. The food was great; Cosmik fries are sensational. The Killer Mac and Cheese is very tasty. The beer menu is excellent. Our servers were quick, attentive and gregarious; they made us feel welcome and valued. It's a great spot to hang out with friends or just relax after work.“

The vegan/vegetarian options are some of the best I’ve had at a restaurant, items usually only found when cooking meat free options at home. “Have tried it twice. 1st time just us to test it. Found the vibe great. Easy going. Lots of choices from beer, wine and seltzers. Bought some bread bites and was not impressed with the taste nor price. Talked to a couple that bought the Royal w/Cheese and they said it was great, agreed it looked great We played some shuffleboard, nice to have though the table needs a little work on its surface. The employs there were 2nd visit we brought a couple of friends after a night at Johnnys. They liked it as we did. Again many choices to drink. Casual table and easy guest to speak with, many of whom were playing various games. Asked to switch the channel on TV and no problem did it right away. Overall we will be back and want to try the burger“
