They never answer the phone!!! As a customer that is so frustrating. Part of the business is talking to customers. You can’t modify ANY orders on DoorDash. Here is my suggestion: please add one vegan bagel sandwich option to your menu! Some of us don’t want meat or cheese, but want your sandwiches. Thank you!

Bruegger’s has been my go to for years, I typically go to the Bloomfield hills location. This location made my order wrong and simply threw it in the trash when I brought it back. It really rubbed me the wrong way. So wasteful, so unethical. I was planning on giving it to someone who looked like they needed it and was shocked when the employee just tossed it! Please do better in the future. The world we live in doesn’t have room for this type of waste anymore :(

Went there with a few colleagues of mine and got a bagle with sausage and egg. It was not even hot with pre-made items that have been sitting in a warming drawer longer than it should have. The bagle was okay. It could have had some cream cheese or something on it to make it being able to swallow. I'm iffy about going back to this establishment.
