I'm not a fan of the food. The food arrived late, and the fries weren't hot. The burger wasn't fully cooked. My cousin ordered the fish, and it didn't look like it was cooked. The only thing that was good was the drinks.?

Bartender on a Saturday night has terrible service, and her lack of people skills are not something you should see in the service industry. Her rolling of the eyes while we order our food was disrespectful I feel, and while we ordered, we felt very rushed, almost like a "is that it" type of response to everything.

Cannot express how terrible this service is. I will drive and hour to another bdubs instead of give that place another dollar. Workers are completely incompetent, made me wait 40 minutes for my food when it was ready the whole time. They lack common sense, reading skills, and any positive traits you would desire in a service industry. If you have to choose eating sand or at this place. Eat the sand.
I left a 5 Star Review 6 Months ago. I revisited recently on a week day and service was subpar. Staff seem to just hang out at the bar and management seem to be with them. An employee that got off shift was drinking at the bar and the female manager sat with her the whole time. This seemed to draw more people to them and that affected service. Hope they can bounce back.

Hatch Chile Queso was watered down beyond belief. The 6 wings I got were decent. When both orders were brought to the table, we received zero napkins, plates or utensils. When I finally did get utensils, they were cheap plastic which kept breaking. The atmosphere was pure trash. Food and paper all over the floor, the table we were sat at was super sticky. I don’t recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings.
