Ordered delivery directly through BWW app and when it arrived it was missing an entire meal that was paid for. Called and they said I had to come into the restaurant to pick up the missing food, and they refunded nothing. Complete waste of delivery charge + tip and my time. Our server, Jeremy, was the absolute G. He very nearly saved us the dire tragedy of ordering a sauce that tasted like butts (he let us sample it first.) What could have been a deeply disappointing meal was instead up to the standard of excellence I've come to know and love at Buffalo Wild Wings. Furthermore, Jeremy was just a bro. I left a 5 Star Review 6 Months ago. I revisited recently on a week day and service was subpar. Staff seem to just hang out at the bar and management seem to be with them. An employee that got off shift was drinking at the bar and the female manager sat with her the whole time. This seemed to draw more people to them and that affected service. Hope they can bounce back.
