Could not be more disappointed. I used to love Cafe Muse. Any time I wanted to do something special for Brunch I would suggest there. For Mother’s Day I took my mother and grandmother there for a special breakfast, they drove over an hour to come - worst dining experience I have had in a VERY long time. My party and I experienced a significant breakdown in the service that left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
Upon our arrival, the hostess seemed completely clueless as to how to properly seat guests. Despite her assurance of a 15-minute wait, she failed to keep us informed and we were left waiting with no communication. Once we were finally seated, we waited an additional 10 minutes without any service.
