Why are they forcing me to pay a tip with online orders? I'm already paying you for the cookies... your listing price should have your labor allocated into the pricing..... I would rather pay more for a cookie then be forced to pay for a tip.. and lately smaller shops in the food service industry have been getting away with trying to get tips in non-traditional ways.. and making the consumer have a side of guilt when we don't want to tip someone at a drive-thru or a carryout.. we need to speak up as consumers... at this point it's principal

I saw the advertisement from a previous late night game show where the contestants were rewarded a gift certificate from Crumbl Cookies and there cookies looked so delicious it made me want to try them out. When I received my order the cookies looked just as they were advertised. One of the ones I ordered was there Carrot Cake , it was a mini Carrot cake enough for 2 people. It was delicious. The others were good also, but the Carrot cake was the best.

I feel like I was just served cookies by a group of robots. I walked in and everyone looks at me and doesn’t say a word. They just looked up and back down, continuing their work. No one even cracked a smile or said a simple “hello”. I placed me order on the screen in front of me and waited a few moments for someone to complete my order. He completes the order and hands it to me without saying a word. How about “thank you, have a nice day”?? What a weird experience. Do better.
