My favorite Crumbl when I visit my grandmother in Michigan. And when I visit other states, I check out if they have Crumbl. Delicious large desserts to share. I always get multiple 😋
The staff here had some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Everyone looked completely miserable and unwelcoming, and there was no friendly attitude whatsoever. It honestly felt like we were bothering them just by being there. 😕 Customer service makes such a huge difference, and unfortunately, this location really missed the mark. Very disappointing experience.
The staff at this location are very professional, attentive, and quick. They acknowledge you upon entering the store and are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend his location.
