I find cover fees super annoying so that's why it's not five stars! But I absolutely loved this bar! We came here as one of the stops for my best friends birthday and the atmosphere was perfect. It was packed and the people singing weren't the greatest but after a few drinks it became a pretty funny form of entertainment. Let me preface. I am not a huge country fan, at all. But this being one the the places I couldn't say I had ever been to in downtown RO was not sitting well with me. The bartender was super cool, knew a lot about the whiskey selection--which is large--without being the slightest snobby about it. Refreshing. A shame about the parking in RO--nothing attracts a crowd, like a crowd, and now it's just downright crowded. Hopefully Dixie moon relocates to downtown Berkley, the people and place are worth visiting.
