I really wish I could put a negative 5 review. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever witnessed let alone been involved in. The manager Jason should be fired as the disparaging responses he gave me when I tried to return a product my friend bought me as a Christmas gift. He made some very weird facial expressions that I thought were almost child like. Then when he finally came to the conclusion that he was wrong he never even apologized for this juvenile behavior and lying . Sadly I would never go to this establishment or recommend it to anyone.

this place has really become a disappointment. but the bakery is especially hard to work with. I was just on hold numerous times and had to explain what I wanted to several different people. they're only a viable option if you give them like a month notice for even the simplest thing. recently when I did buy a premade cake and gave them 3 days to write happy birthday on it, I showed up to pick it up and it wasn't ready. they can't even sell me premade frostingless cupcakes unless 3 days notice (even tho they've done before) and even tho they presumable are putting them out w frosting on the regular. such a bummer

My friend picked up a salad for me last week from here. It was so good! A great size; not too big or too small. My toppings were Salmon |spring mix | sunflower seeds | onions | feta | tomatoes | raspberry vinaigrette. I am so happy. I visited the store today. I love the create your own salad bar. I hear the food is amazing. Im excited to see for myself

Honestly grocery stores have made me scared to shop after covid... however Holiday was pretty great. Fully stocked. James in the deli was so helpful and kind- which I've found increasingly rare. I was so pleasantly surprised and plan on stopping by more.

Holiday is a wonderful family owned supermarket. Lots of choices, unlike Kroger with a wall of cheese--but oops--it's just 3 different kinds!Holiday's bakery, their hot & ready to go choices, their meat, cheese & wine selections is huge.We loved their ordering online & curbside pickup during the height of the pandemic & will always be grateful to them for doing such a great job with it.Love the convenience of an occasional pick up, but so happy to get back into this great store with lots & lots of choices!Thank you Holiday Market!! You're the BEST!

Wow never realized store was that big. Aisles are a maze. Checkouts at both front and rear of store.pro ordered and pre paid for a fresh turkey. I wandered aimlessly looking for meat department- after finally finding it asked about my bird- they looked for my order and finally figured out pre- paid birds were only available in rear parking lot in a truck. Back to front parking lot -drive to back lot. Would of been nice to have known this ahead of time- like when I ordered.
This is one of the cutest stores I have visited. The area is progressive and diverse. It is important to have quality food and services within the community. I purchased a caramel cake as a gift for my cousins and their new home. The bakery department even personalized it for me. My cousins loved it. I look forward to returning on my travels to the Detroit area.

I ordered a cake for my baby shower from Holiday Market because I love their cakes. I submitted my order and design weeks in advance to have the bakery throw something together. The cake provided looked like a 5 year old wrote on it and the entire cake looked like a rush job and didn't resemble anything on the picture I provided. This experience ruined my day and I will not place another order through this place. I've attached pictures of what I asked for and what was provided.
