Very cool place although music was a bit too loud for fine dining. Lamb lollipops were fatty but otherwise tasty. I'd give it another try. I think a happy hour would be well received.
Went to Bijou last night for dinner and really enjoyed it! The menu is French-inspired, so the food is a little richer and heavier, as you'd expect. Service was great, and I thought the wine and appetizers were really reasonably priced. The warm bread with butter and chives was SO good. Our mains were good too. First of all, the food was amazing! I loved Iron Horse however Bijou is a welcome newcomer and change of scenery. We tried the burrata, salmon crudo and cheese board to start. All flavorful and unique - nice presentation. For the mains, our group had both salads, both steaks, lobster/ravioli and chicken. Nice sized portions! My only slight complaint is the tight space. We were crammed in a back table practically touching the people at the table on either side. It was also HOT...
