At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. We had Kal's for the first time today, and my goodness it was so delicious! We enjoyed a cream chicken bowl with hummus; the loaded Falafel starter; and fattoush salad. It was absolutely delightful how fresh everything was. The cream chicken bowl was wonderful, the chicken was tender and crispy on the outside. the salad was the freshest I've had in ages. Excellent food with convenient parking. The beef tenderloin kabob pita sandwich is outstanding! The humus and salads are too.
