You guys need food safety training! I always loved this place and used to come here all the time. However, the last few visits have really disappointed me and raised serious sanitary concerns.
The first time, I saw a blonde employee spit a lychee pit into her gloved hand, throw the pit away, and then immediately handle taco toppings for another order without changing gloves.
On my next visit, I saw the cook grab raw chicken with gloved hands and then use those same gloves to scoop and serve cooked chicken into a burrito. I hoped it was just a mistake, but the third time I visited, the exact same thing happened again/today.
So today when this occurred (10/27 at 5pm to be exact) I canceled my order and told the staff this was not acceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better food safety training. It’s really disappointing to see such lapses at a place I used to love. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

A great gem in Royal Oak. I'm picky, but had a great burrito. My wife started with a custom egg sandwich, then she moved on to the Torte. We finished it with a Hibiscus drink & Jarritos. Yum Yum. Whoops, the flan was good too!
