just went to go get some ice cream with my husband for valentines day. there were NOT enough workers for how busy it was. the ice cream was good and the workers were doing they best they could with the crowds, but other customers were getting mad at having to wait in line and taking it out on the workers when it was NOT their fault. store needs to put more people on the schedule because there are too many customers and these workers are being treated unfairly when they don't...

Five stars all the way. Their ice cream is always the best around. Crystal and Lisa are rockstars, handling huge crowds with smiles on their faces. The only downside has nothing to do with them. Corporate should consider giving them and their team more help because they’re often serving 50 customers at once. They deserve the support. Still, the quality and service keep us coming back every time.
