I had a horrible experience on March 8 with my family. The wait time was long, the watermelon slushie was charged for a large but could only be made in a regular and was served to us 80% liquid, and they forgot to make the rolled ice cream we ordered. My husband went up and asked about it after we noticed people that came in after us were getting their rolled ice cream. They have also changed the Robert Brownie Jr. to a different brownie and pirouette sticks instead of Pocky sticks,...read full review
