I love the rolled ice cream at this place, it's very delicious and is made super quickly. The prices are also super fair. My only complaint is that the chairs at the tables are way too small and uncomfortable unless you're really quite skinny.

Pagos Ice Cream has some great products. I ordered the Ube Halo Halo Ice cream and yes, they roll the ice cream up like fruit roll ups. It was delicious and had so many levels of texture with the tapioca pearls, sweet red beans and vanilla wafers. I've had it both dine in and carry out. I think the roll technique keeps it from melting as fast because I drove home with it and it hardly melted and I live 10 minutes away. You definitely have to try this new "spin" on ice cream. (Pun intended!)

It’s always a great time to get ice cream…even in the Winter ? My first time visiting Págos and they were super friendly. While visiting they introduced their “Valentine’s Day” Strawberry and Cream Cheese flavor and it is delish!

We walked in right before they closed and saw a few people inside and a short line. Instead of saying they were no longer serving customers, the woman took my order and then very rudely said "just so you know it's going to be a long wait because we're closed and only have 1 station open. You came in when we were closing". I understand that they were closing shortly after we arrived and would understand if they had said they were closing and couldn't take any more orders. But to be rude while I'm paying seems unnecessary to me. Very poor service and will not go back.

The ice cream was pretty good, but they only offer one size. Having a kids option or smaller size would be amazing. Also, not everyone likes toppings on ice cream. However, you pay the same price whether you get the toppings or not. I usually end up going somewhere else that offers smaller portions and only charges you for what you order.
Late night craving fulfilled. First time trying Pagos and their portion big and icecream was great. I love the variety of options and you can find something to satisfy a variety of tastebuds. Wonderful customer service and super chill vibe.

It was okay. The preparation was awesome and the final product looked incredible. The add-ins tasted fine, but the ice cream itself was incredibly bland. It tasted like that ice cream you make at home in a bag, so it was fine, but certainly not what I was expecting. I don't know, it's still worth it for the experience, but there's better ice cream elsewhere.

I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this has been an ongoing thing at Pagos.The team here definitely needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. After they got our order wrong, we asked politely to have it fixed. They actually said they were too busy to fix it lol.Hope the owner (whom I’ve met and is a very nice guy) sees this and reprimands/trains his team to take care of his customers.The product is great but bad service is a death sentence for a small business.
