Pagos Ice Cream has some great products. I ordered the Ube Halo Halo Ice cream and yes, they roll the ice cream up like fruit roll ups. It was delicious and had so many levels of texture with the tapioca pearls, sweet red beans and vanilla wafers. I've had it both dine in and carry out. I love the rolled ice cream at this place, it's very delicious and is made super quickly. The prices are also super fair. My only complaint is that the chairs at the tables are way too small and uncomfortable unless you're really quite skinny.
