I went for my first time today. Upon ordering, I was asked if I wanted any “extras”. I declined. I get home only to find out there’s no boba in my tea! Since when did the tapioca balls become “extras”! It’s called bubble tea. The tea is excellent but I’m left rather disappointed. Please clarify with your patrons that you are the only bubble tea restaurant that has boba as extra.
