Can't mix soup due to health code violation but ok to go close to being behind the counter and cough. So weird
Cute little stop for quick food while at the hospital. A good variety of hot and cold foods. Everything I have tried is delicious. The staff is always friendly and kind.
LOVE papa joes! Staff are always helpful, and I love the gluten free options they have. The cookies are amazing π€©

If I could give less stars I definitely would. I'm surprised the owners pay as much as $40,000 a month to Corewell to run such a disorganized business. Seems to be this location is always short staffed, which makes it a nightmare to navigate especially during peak hours. The management from what I see is very incompetent when following store safety protocols, and food safety procedures. The only time staff intends to wear a hairnet, is when someone ahead of food management in the hospital named Brian walks through the store to make sure even the managers are following such procedures. Seems that management feels entitled to not only and properly enforce these protocols but not follow them theirselves. (Walking around kitchen with no gloves, or hairnet/hat) The food they serve is overpriced slop, and on many occasions I have found expired, moldy food out to be sold. The soup set up in the back of the store is a total OSHA violation in its self, showing the owners, as well as management have no regard for employees safety. Seems not fair especially when most of their employees are either minors, or the elderly. I also happened to notice how poorly one of the managers speaks towards the minors. I couldn't believe my ears, hearing how belittling she was towards the employee that I asked the employee her name.Even though she was reluctant to tell me, I saw her name was Tina. I will be reporting this store to OSHA as well as the state. Disgusting excusebfor a poorly ran business. Lights are on, but no one's home.

Hungry after a long day at the hospital, grabbed some cups of mushroom barley and potato soup. Both came with either a roll or crackers. Mushroom barley was good but potato leek was bland. I tossed it after one bite.
I have been to their store in Birmingham snd have enjoyed the soups and salads.
I would recommend this place for quick bites.
