Today I came in and was very nicely greeted as always from Diamond. I walked to the location in the rain with one hand occupied by holding an umbrella. She notice and asked if she could give me a bag for my 2 drinks and 2 bakery items which was very thoughtful and amazing service. I come to this location often because it’s right next to my work and it is always a pleasure.
Today I placed a large group order at Starbucks and had the pleasure of meeting Diamond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming, not just to me, but to every customer who walked in! You can tell she truly cares about creating a positive experience. Diamond is an absolute gem and a huge asset to your team!
I come here every so often during work hours for a caffeine pick-me-up. They're always speedy as possible even with a packed drive-thru, and always friendly.
