We went for a pre-show dinner (Seth Myers) so we were only there about an hour and a half, but the food was delicious and the service was great. I ordered the burger and it was the best I've had in ages. My husband enjoyed the steak fajitas very much as well. We definitely would've hung out much longer if we had the time as the atmosphere was just getting going with audience participation, etc. It's a perfect spot for a bachelorette party or girl's night out. Highly recommend.

5 stars for music and table service! 1 for the bar, paid $120 for shots/mixed drinks that had little to no alcohol.

Very rude and unprofessional management. Very entitled to peoples belongings and they like they to argue with customers. Would not recommend this place if you want to actually have a good time.

There was a bar crawl happening so it was extra crowded. We made a reservation, but for some reason they were running behind setting up for the night. They did waive our cover because of this which we appreciated. Once we were inside we were seated at the worst table though. Only 2/6 of us could see the stage. It also took at least 30 minutes for someone to serve us. One we were served our server was very apologetic, but overall it just was not as great of an experience as I hoped for.

Great place to drink, dance, socialize and have fun with friends. Service and security are always on point!

One pianist did not know most lyrics and would make random sounds instead. Was pretty distasteful. We left after about 1 hr. We put in request. On the microphone she said “I only like one of these” then never did any of the requests. We did have a tip with it.

Drinks were overly expensive. Cocktail came half full. Not even 2oz of drink was $16. Had to send it back, appears they didn't put any liquor in it on first try. It was still one of the smallest old fashions I've ever received. Pianos and singers were OK, but people seemed to enjoy them. They were personable and knew a wide variety of music and songs. Due to the cover charge and over priced drinks I'll probably not be back. Or I should've just had a beer.

The food was excellent and so were the servers. For a dueling pianos bar, if you sat near the back of the bar, it was very hard to hear any pianos. The drums were overpowering. Maybe turn the mics off for the drums. Customer service was great once we arrived (the hostess was very helpful) but left a lot to be desired prior to coming. I left 2 voice mails and a comment on the website with questions about my reservation and was never contacted.

Great vibes and excellent service. The dueling piano were pretty good. They never got to our requests because we didn't pay enough. The food was bar food average, as were the drinks. Overall, a nice place for a good time.

We ordered the spring rolls, the Brussels sprouts, the steak bites, the spinach dip, and the quesadilla. ALL delicious! The noise level was so loud you had to scream to have any kind of conversation. Tge dntertainment was amazing though!

I purchased tickets in advance for my fiancé and I to celebrate Valentine's Day here based upon the description that was outlined for the holiday. Upon arrival, there wasn't any type of organization at the front door to be checked in by the greeter. There was a massive group of people crowded around the young lady that was responsible for checking people in. She had no sense of direction to facilitate the mass group of people standing in front of her. My fiancé and I took it upon ourselves to facilitate some type of organization at the front door to formulate a line to create some type of organization. We waited for over an hour to be seated among other guests. Once we were finally seated, we had to hunt down a waitress for water because no one came to our table for over 20 minutes. We had no idea what was really going on in terms of ordering food or drinks (which we paid for in advance). We did not enjoy our food because it was cold by the time it arrived to our table. After we finished our one cocktail, we left with our uneaten food on the table. This was the worst experience of a lifetime. Needless to say, we will never return to this establishment and will NEVER recommend it. To all those that took the time to read this review, PLEASE TAKE HEED! This review has been left to warn everyone that's looking for a nice date night with your partner. Everything that I've stated is factual and not based off of feelings.

We had a reservation for 12 people at 10pm for a to honor a friend/family member for a very important and special occasion. I booked weeks in advance. We arrived to find that our table wasn't ready and it didn't appear to have been much of an effort to attempt to accommodate our reservation. Finally at around 10:45 we were offered a 10 top that some of our group to stand at since there weren't enough chairs. Once seated, our table service was great and the musicians were fantastic. It was just disappointing how poorly our reservation was handled. I'm marking below that I would recommend to a friend, and I think I likely will, but it will come with with a word of caution around reservation expectations.

Wish I could rate higher but this was a horrendous experience. Had reservations which they confirmed several times. Upon arrival we found out they seated us upstairs with folding tables and chairs. That was absolutely pathetic inexcusable and not what you would expect from an establishment. Then the birthday party of 60 seated in front of us never sat leaving us unable to see the stage nor the show. The food was absolutely disgusting. I sent the quesadilla back; soggy and I couldn't even attempt to guess what meat was in it. The steak tacos was missing the steak; nothing more than just peppers with a dash of avocado. Flatbread was chewy with morsels of what I believe may have been chicken....definitely cooked in a microwave or possibly leftovers from the prior month. The so called 96 oz blue pineapple concoction contain no alcohol whatsoever but hey guess we paid $55 for a rubber duck! The entire night left us with a $500 credit card charge for 6 people but that didn't include the door cover charge....that was also completely absurd. I asked several times for an itemized receipt....finally after 20 minutes we didn't want to wait any more and hit the road. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, maybe Youngers when they have their dueling piano shows. If you still go, be prepared to pay a cover, sneak in your own flask, DO NOT EAT (that's the most important thing to remember), and do not expect to see the stage. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone including my worst enemy.
