There was a bar crawl happening so it was extra crowded. We made a reservation, but for some reason they were running behind setting up for the night. They did waive our cover because of this which we appreciated. Once we were inside we were seated at the worst table though. Only 2/6 of us could see the stage. It also took at least 30 minutes for someone to serve us. One we were served our server was very apologetic, but overall it just was not as great of an experience as I hoped...read full review
The food was excellent and so were the servers. For a dueling pianos bar, if you sat near the back of the bar, it was very hard to hear any pianos. The drums were overpowering. Maybe turn the mics off for the drums. Customer service was great once we arrived (the hostess was very helpful) but left a lot to be desired prior to coming. I left 2 voice mails and a comment on the website with questions about my reservation and was never contacted.

We went for a pre-show dinner (Seth Myers) so we were only there about an hour and a half, but the food was delicious and the service was great. I ordered the burger and it was the best I've had in ages. My husband enjoyed the steak fajitas very much as well. We definitely would've hung out much longer if we had the time as the atmosphere was just getting going with audience participation, etc. It's a perfect spot for a bachelorette party or girl's night out. Highly recommend.
