After the countless commercials during the many movies my husband and I go see at the royal oak location we decided to try it while we wait for the movie to start. Horrible service from the start. We were told to find a booth after the sign clearly states please wait to be seated. After we find our own seating, menus were bought to us and the waiting game had begun. 20-25 mins passed before I decided to get up and walk up to someone to ask for service.
