Owner or manager is so rude and abrupt. She talks down to not only the staff but also talked down to me as a customer. This is the 2nd time (out of 2 times total!) now I've had an issue with the staff. There are other locations not so far away and I'll be going there from now on. Avoid!
This is my favorite newer Tim Hortons location. Their drive thru is really fast and I've had very pleasant interactions with the staff. Getting into the drive thru can be kinda awkward, but other than that, I have no complaints.

She greets everyone with a smile and makes sure orders are quick, fresh, and accurate, contributing to a positive atmosphere. Many customers particularly enjoy the Iced Capp, especially the original flavor, which is known for being thick and flavorful. The donuts are considered fair, and it is recommended to use the Tim’s app to avoid any order mistakes. Despite the tight drive-thru, customers appreciate the convenience of this new location, which often has no line and consistently delivers perfect coffee and spectacular service. Overall, the combination of friendly staff and quality products makes this Tim Hortons a favorite among regular visitors.
