First off, the food is decent. However getting served is another matter. Since I've been visiting my wife in the hospital the last few months, I've been grabbing meals around the hospital area. I've been to Wahlburgers about 5 times. The first was great. BBQ Bacon burger with style kale and Brussel sprout slaw were excellent. Literally the weirdest experience. My food is cold and I ordered a drink and then the worker forgot it and made it seem like I was getting a "free drink". Also the worker made a rude comment under her when I tipped her when I didn't have to tip her in the first place because they're only open for carry out? Weird.

My food tasted good, kids tater tots seemed to be much saltier than mine. Was not busy, but there was only 1 guy (Patrick) working the whole floor so we ended up seating ourselves. I was placing an online order to make it easier until Patrick came to take our order. He was kind, patient with our party of 6, and just overall incredible. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars and not less is because Patrick was amazing and the food was for the most part good.
