Arrived about noon after driving almost a half hour to get there just to find out it was take out only and they only had five of their menu items available. As we walked up to the counter to see if the post on the door was correct they turned up the music they were playing so we couldn't even talk to the cashier. We gave up and left. Very disappointed!

First off, the food is decent. However getting served is another matter. Since I've been visiting my wife in the hospital the last few months, I've been grabbing meals around the hospital area. I've been to Wahlburgers about 5 times. The first was great. BBQ Bacon burger with style kale and Brussel sprout slaw were excellent. Next attempted visit, they only had carry out due to staffing issues. Waited 20 minutes to get just a shake for my wife. Third visit, they had staff so I sat down and had the double patty melt. Really good! Fourth visit surprised they had staff and was able to sit and grab their burger. Wasn't too bad. This last visit, sign on the door said "carry out only." There was no one in line and walked up to the counter to place an order. The one guy was in his phone and basically ignored me. The lady stepped to the register and stared at me. No "can I help you", or can I take your order"... just stared at me. I had to say, " can I place an order?" She still just stared at me. I noticed they had the kale and Brussels sprout slaw crossed off. I just said, "no slaw", no thanks, and I left. I felt if I was bothering the little staff they did have. I will probably not go there again even though the food is decent.

The restaurant was pretty empty and it felt dirty the entire time we were there. The food was meh. Tater tot sampler was cold when it came out. My wife had a burger that she only ate half of. I did not find anything memorable about my food. Fries were cold. Everything we ordered tasted like it sat on a shelf for 5 minutes before it came out. We ordered Mac and cheese for our 3 year old, it tasted awful. I can't see myself eating here again. We were there on a Sunday around 1PM. The pic is the view of the front door from my car when we were leaving. 3 employees standing around not doing anything right inside the door and a trash can that hadn't been emptied in days. This pic accurately represents the feel of the restaurant. Marky Mark wouldn't be happy seeing his brand like this.

Literally the weirdest experience. My food is cold and I ordered a drink and then the worker forgot it and made it seem like I was getting a "free drink". Also the worker made a rude comment under her when I tipped her when I didn't have to tip her in the first place because they're only open for carry out? Weird.

watch the wahlburg show so decided to go to the royal oak restaurant very dissatisfied, the service was terrible! the girls says go sit by the window, she couldn't seat us, people were asking to sit outside they were saying, not today, however there were dirty dishes still out there on the tables from who knows when. waited 10 min. for server, finally ordered waited 45 min. for food.was ready to walk out. Had no lemonade. couldn't get refills. The help did not work together one employee standing there and couldn't help the other employee out. what a stressful time it was. sorry wahlburgs enjoy watching your show but restaurant needs some supervision. Bad experience.

My food tasted good, kids tater tots seemed to be much saltier than mine. Was not busy, but there was only 1 guy (Patrick) working the whole floor so we ended up seating ourselves. I was placing an online order to make it easier until Patrick came to take our order. He was kind, patient with our party of 6, and just overall incredible. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars and not less is because Patrick was amazing and the food was for the most part good.

First time visiting. Wasn't worth the wait. 20 minutes for a burger and fries and onion ring's never got the onion rings. Note to self start checking your order before leaving its happening everywhere. Meat was over cooked. Vegetables were minuscule. Lettuce was wilted over ripe with blackened edges. Fries were okay but pretty much standard. $27 for 2 burgers with fries way to much. To expensive not worth it. You're paying for a name in a prime location.

Waited about 20 minutes at the front door and no one came to seat us or let us know what was going on, several employees walking around, none in a hurry. Zero eye contact to us or the two other parties waiting to be seated. Lots of tables open as well. We let and went next store to a much busier restaurant and was seated right way. Also had much better service and good food. Skip This place and look elsewhere. It's a shame because I enjoyed the show and water to try the food.

My friend and I were there yesterday, when we went in there were no customers. The manager seated us and it was a few minutes before our server came and took our drink order, then he took our food order, by then another couple had come in and they ordered and got their food before we did. When our food came the onion straws were stone cold, burgers were good although they could have used some seasonings, sweet potato tots were good and hot. I don't think it was worth the drive and price to go back.
Stopped in yesterday to check out Wahlburgers and my burger and tater tots were delicious! I will go back again.

I arrived early to pickup my order. I did NOT call until it was time to pickup my order, as they suggested. I watched an employee pickup the phone and hang up on me 3 times without saying anything. She finally answered the phone on my 4th try and was rude, as if, she was annoyed I called. When I finally got home and looked at my order, it was wrong, undercooked and cold. I tried calling to complain and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE, so I'm writing a bad review. I wish I would have read the reviews first. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Burgers good. But the restaurant is dirty filthy. Menus had stains and was nasty much so I didn't want to touch it. Service was just ok. The two women and the one guy were to professional at all and did not pay attention to detail. There pants had holes in the butt looking like they where working in a dark beer bar look. Overall food was great, the employees need work on appearance and how to clean. Also, several time the waitress put there glass in the ice instead of scooping it out.
