The staff are extremely rude. I was told repeatedly my order would be ready in 5 minutes, 50 minutes later it was ready. Mind blowing how unprofessional and slow this restaurant was. I wasn’t the only one waiting extremely long wait times. Most unbearable experience.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I will NEVER come here again. Waited over 45 minutes for our wings when we ordered online it said 16-21 minutes. We sat in the dining room and waited for our wings while THREE other customers came in ORDER AND RECEIVED their food before we did. When I asked they said it was because we “ordered classic wings” well I can tell you I worked at a wing place before and it don’t take no 45+ minutes to deep fry some wings. I am furious and will never come back here. This was absolutely ridiculous. For mediocre tasting wings at that. -7/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I ordered a 15 piece for two With voodoo fries, I received a 10 piece with barbecue, I then went to return to get the proper order I ended up getting my 15 piece and I asked for lemon pepper they decided to remake the full order. I got a 15 piece lemon pepper wings with lemon pepper fries instead of voodoo fries. Thankfully I kept my fries from the previous order. The last time I came here I ordered a 10 piece and got 8 wings this is my last time coming to this Wingstop maybe they have too much business and need another Wingstop near this location how do I come to fix a order in the order that’s supposed to be fixed is also incorrect

I love this location, it's my fav wingstop to visit. Soon as I open the door before I can really step in I'm greeted with smiles and warmth. Denise greeted me, took my order and cooked my food just the way I love it. I like my classic wings cooked extra crispy and she cooked them extra crispy. Thank you Denise for your great customer service and going above and beyond to make me have a great experience.
