Based on reviews, Custard & Company is a soft serve custard place in Royal Oak. The custard is soft, creamy, and light on sugar, which is a welcome surprise. Many say it is the best custard in Oakland County and some of the best custard ever had. The menu includes the mud slinger sundae, vanilla black cherry swirl, hot fudge turtle sundae, and vanilla custard dipped in chocolate. Toppings include sprinkles and a toasted almond crunch. They also give free samples, like the Cherry Dole. The service is extremely friendly, kind, and professional. It is a round the corner kind of place that children and adults enjoy alike. People come from out of town and drive from far away, like Clarkston and Flushing Michigan, because it is worth the drive. They also sell T-shirts.
