Zoe's House of Pancakes

We called in an order and waited a good amount of time before going to pick it up. We waited for awhile and 2 people checked on our order. They assured us it would be out soon. Finally, a third person comes out and says that the order was never put in. No apologies. We opted to just sit down and eat at that point. Until we noticed that the people who came in to dine at the same time as us (15-20 min ago) hadn’t even been given menus or drinks. We decided to leave.

Im not sure how the food is. We waited 20 mins at our table and no server came over so we left.

Stop in this place for breakfast. Was about 10 or so minutes to be seated. Waited about 15 minutes to get order taken. Other customers came in, had a different waitress and waited about 5 minutes to get their order. After about 50 minutes of sitting there without any updates of our food, we stopped the waitress and asked how much longer. She never came back we left after about 10 more minutes of waiting. I called to complain to the manager about my wait and was placed on hold for about 7 minutes (the restaurant was not crowded) before I hung up. This was my FIRST and LAST time coming here. I was there was a Uber eats pick up order on a Saturday morning and the service was horrible. I waited for the order for 20 minutes and no one would tell me how long the order will be. The response was that they are taking care of the dine in orders first and then will take care of me. The customer that ordered food on Uber eats ended up canceling their order due to the king of a wait.

Came in for a uber eats, rang the bell they had one table and no spoke or greeted anyone. They were rude and customer service suck. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

What happened to this place? A year ago it was great. The last few orders, the food has been awful. Missing ingredients, overcooked eggs, no one answers the phone. Im done. Look at the dry broken pancakes that arrived.

I get carry out breakfast at least once a month here. The egg dishes are always fine but the waffles and French toast are terrible. French toast just looks like thin white bread with nothing on it. Usually forget to include syrup. The waffles were like $16 and worse than free hotel waffles. Kinda pictured good stuff on the waffle and French toast options. But I get a $16 waffle with a couple banana slices and a few pecans sprinkled and a drip of syrup in a cup. Seems like it would be in the waffle or have some Carmel syrup drizzled or whipped cream or anything. Very basic on the French toast and waffles. Make your own at home if that’s what you want. Stick with eggs

IDK, you think Zoe’s might need a different food delivery provider? Rude. Unaccommodating after the driver dumped.

Last year, my boyfriend and I were coming there regularly and all of a sudden my poached eggs for eggs. Benedict were hard like a rock and we gave them four times to redeem themselves and then one day I ordered very berry pancakes and the menu it says that berries are folded into The batter that they prepare. There were two berries in each pancake at that point.
At that point we were disgusted for the amount of money they ask
Keep in mind before Zoe‘s butt out this building the former owners of that owned Nellos. It was a great restaurant. People loved it there I was a regular there for many many many years. People in the area were coming by just for coffee because of the great service This restaurant and new owners and crappy cooks have ruined their reputation of that corner restaurant and I noticed there are more bad reviews than good.
And I can’t understand why they don’t hire new cooks actually know how to make breakfast food

Second visit, and each time I got decent food and poor service. Waited 20+ minutes to place an order, got lukewarm food, and waited another 20 minutes after finishing to get a bill. We had one person take the order, another bring us the food, and a third cash us out, never getting any names.

I won't be back, can't keep wasting my time.

Zoe's House of Pancakes has a great selection of sweet and savory breakfast meals. The food was delicious and the service was good.

I had the Northern Border omelette and it safest tasting and big. The side of dollar pancakes were a sweet touch.
The service, by Haley, was professional and welcoming. Perfect for breakfast.

Parking: Lots of porking spaces in the private lot
