Bob Evans no longer serve their signature sausage links. They now offer a low quality mushy sausage instead. Yet the menus still have pictures of their signature brand sausage links that have been their mainstay till the company sold out to Golden Gate Capital. I asked why they advertise on their menu Bob Evans sausage yet serve a cheap mushy brand instead. I didn't get an answer. We were also served undercooked pancakes that they took off our bill and we sent them back....

The food was good. The service was a little slow for them not being busy. The restaurant was only about a quarter full and people were seated together. One of the server started vacuuming while we were eating and she quit when we asked her to stop. I won't return and don't recommend. There are a lot better establishments in that area.

There was quite a bit of mistakes with my take out order but Chazz went above and beyond to make up for it and it was never his mistake. His customer service skills are amazing! Highly recommend a pay upgrade for him! Thank you!
