“My previous experience at Applebee's on Tittabawasses in Saginaw, wasn’t pleasant, as I encountered poor customer service and received unsatisfactory food. I reached out to the restaurant corporate to make them aware of the issue, not seeking any compensation. However, Applebee's did send me a gift card as an apology. Today, while handling some business on State Street, I decided to give Applebee's another chance. I sat at the bar and ordered the same dish, chicken Alfredo. To my surprise, it was delicious and my server, Jo Etta, provided exceptional customer service. This experience has restored my faith in Applebee's.

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“
