“Tried Big O's Burgers and BBQ today for the first time. My wife, daughter and friend had never heard of or been there. I can gladly say I was very impressed! The brisket, pulled pork and the burger we got was outstanding! Oh, and IMO, you gotta have a great coleslaw to go with that kind of meal.... Coleslaw was spit on as well! For the first time trying their food I give them a 10/10! Nice job guys! Keep up the good work! I love supporting the small businesses that deserve the support! A+++“

The staff there really supports the organization that I am part of, the menu and food itself is great and the inside is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. “My previous experience at Applebee's on Tittabawasses in Saginaw, wasn’t pleasant, as I encountered poor customer service and received unsatisfactory food. I reached out to the restaurant corporate to make them aware of the issue, not seeking any compensation. However, Applebee's did send me a gift card as an apology. Today, while handling some business on State Street, I decided to give Applebee's another chance. I sat at the bar and ordered the same dish, chicken Alfredo. To my surprise, it was delicious and my server, Jo Etta, provided exceptional customer service. This experience has restored my faith in Applebee's.

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“

“I moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place! Love it! 10/10“
