I did a mobile order, food was timely but the app didn't quite work right so I was missing a free reward (scoop of ice cream) and the manager (Kerra) came back out, walked me through the app, and the app didn't work right. So she went in the store and came back with a scoop. She didn't have to, but she wanted to make me happy and I really appreciated it. Top notch manager and service!

Had Cod Fish basket for lunch. Super good! The fish was fresh and not too much coating on fish. We had their daily frozen custard flavor! So delicious! Nice staff and atmosphere inside Gratiot Rd restaurant. It will be our go to for Lent.

I wish every fast food place was like this Culver’s. They are just pleasant people. We’ve always had a wonderful experience and we go at least two or three times per month to this location. My latest visit was through the drive-thru and an African-American lady served me who was just so kind and down to earth. I wish I would’ve caught her name. Love this place and love these people!
