Summer was a great Waitress. Now there was something bothering me.
As ex food worker. At a table behind us their spilt a cup of water. It was Summers table, but their was a gentleman waiter as well that saw this. Theirs only three tables here. So the waiter went and got the dishwasher to come clean it up. While he went to get water. That's normal. But buts me it the fact the waiter was smiling while telling the table that their dishwasher well clean this up. But...

Jose was amazing. He appeared to be the only server for the entire restaurant- no exaggeration. They were short staffed for some reason, and he handled it better than anything I've ever seen in my life. Calm, kind, and attentive. Even with the weight of the whole restaurant on his shoulders!
