Went through drive through and ordered a hot fudge sundae with m&ms and I used the app. The women working the front filled the sundae to the brim with vanilla ice cream and added a tab of hot fudge and M&ms. Rather saved the money and ordered and ice cream cone :/

I was surprised to see such terrible reviews when going to add a review for my most frequented fast food stop.
I’m sure a lot of the issues others posted about might just be a specific crew/shift of workers, as the shift that is regularly working around 3:30/4pm is always polite and professional. There’s 2 guys working there who are usually at the windows for paying/getting food and they always greet you with a smile and say thank you have a nice day.

It's a McDonald's. The food is adequate. The wait in the drive thru was long. I understand being short staffed and had I not ordered and payed on the app, I would not have waited in line for 10 minutes.
