We eat at the Saginaw location pretty regularly and have always had great service (Kristy). Today was not that experience. We were expecting it to be busy for Veterans Day. My wife is a veteran. We only waited 1/2 hour for a table so that was great. Server was friendly took our drink and appetizer order. When she brought the appetizer I reminded her we didn’t have silverware. The way the manager acted today was very unprofessional and if that place is ran like that, naw yall can have it.
We were there Feb 14,we had Holly as our waitress,she was outstanding!!So friendly ,as so prompt with our food.I left my debit card there fri.I realized that on Mon.She had put it in safe for us,and i picked it up,She is a awesome gal
