I am the last person to ever complain or leave a bad review, but after my most recent trip to this location I am disappointed. I am typically the person who mobile orders and I usually opt to pick up my order via drive-thru. I have never had an issue waiting in line or with the amount of time I have to wait- even at the Fashion Square location, which is much busier than the State Street location. Today when I picked up my mobile order I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited...

So I was stuck in the drive through for over 20 minutes waiting for the person in front of me who was making a big fuss. When I got to the window the assistant manager Jai right away apologized and offered to make things right.

In this day and age you are lucky to get average service I grew up with. This service was honestly above and beyond.

I thought he was a greeter as I stood at a kiosk seeing what was offered then he told me he could take my order at the counter cause a was looking to specialise my order.
