I am the last person to ever complain or leave a bad review, but after my most recent trip to this location I am disappointed. I am typically the person who mobile orders and I usually opt to pick up my order via drive-thru. I have never had an issue waiting in line or with the amount of time I have to wait- even at the Fashion Square location, which is much busier than the State Street location.
